Terms and Conditions
- Full Membership is charged annually at the rate of one Country Fee per country plus one Association Fee per association in membership in that country.
- Individual Membership is charged at 35% of the Country and Association Fee. The fees payable are according to the Tier System above
- Affiliate Membership is charged at 100% of the Country Fee only. The fees payable are according to the Tier System above
Period of
Membership: Membership is for one year from 1st
November to 31st October or from the date of application for
membership until 31st October.
Currency:
Payments are in Euros
Invoices: Invoices will be issued by 31st November each year for the following year and payment must be made by 1st March of the following year. (e.g. invoices for 2010-2011 will be issued by 31st November 2009 and payable by 1st March 2010.
Discount for Advance Payment: 5% reduction of the total due will be awarded for payment of two years in advance
Refunds: No refunds will be given if members leave WFTGA within the membership year.
New Members: New members joining WFTGA after June in any one year will be charged 50% membership for that year, with full membership fees being payable for the following year
Payment Methods: Membership fees can be paid by Visa or Master Card or bank transfer. We ask that all members please send an e-mail confirmation to info@wftga.org confirming to EXBO that payment has been sent. With the amount, method of payment, for which association(s) and/or members
Privacy Policy: Members information will not be shared with any organization or individual. All Members should inform us of the information that they wish to be displayed on our website.

What is Wire transfer?
An electronic payment direct to or from your trading partner’s bank account. The
payment is funded by cleared funds in a bank account (in other words a
bank-to-bank transfer/payment)
You can also pay cash or cheque over the counter at your own bank. You can also
pay cash or cheque or at any branch of the seller’s bank (this may attract a fee
– so check first). This is termed a ‘Bank Deposit’ by eBay.
