House of Music
Secession and Klimt Freeze
Tours were also offered in English, French, Italian, Japanese, Russian.

At the same time TGs presented eleven lectures with ppt on:
Research on Gustav Mahler; Anecdotes and Affairs; Fashion in 1900; Beethoven Freeze and Klimt; Urbanization under Mayor Lueger; Canalization Projects; Vienna Workshop and Hoffmann; The Vienna Coffeehouse – an institution; Brno as birthplace to famous Viennese; Austro-Hungarian Monarchy and ethnic tradition; Art Nouveau.
The lecture hall with technical equipment had been sponsored by the Vienna Chamber of Commerce.

Friday afternoon 30 TGs arranged a special tour for sight-impaired people in Schönbrunn Palace (UNESCO Heritage), the Children Museum: the young participants with their accompanying persons, as well as adult visitors had the opportunity to experience life style in the 18th century; dress up as aristocrats, dance the menuette, feel materials and furniture of the time, taste cakes and ingredients specially made and presented by TGs for this occasion.
The success was enormous and most visitors agreed that this was completely new and thrilling to them!

Collection of sponsoring money for a model for sight-impaired people continued for the 3rd year and added Euro 4000; this enables us to now order this cask to be made and discussion for the choice of building is on. By next year we might present it for ITGD.
