Tourist Guiding Worldwide -
A comprehensive database, giving a historical overview of the guiding profession as well as providing a wealth of information on guide associations, membership, the organisation of associations, qualifications required, conditions of work, fees, and legal issues. Details are being updated and made available to members.

A timeless collection of lectures and workshops held during the World Federation's International Conventions over a period of ten years. With reports on Heritage International, the role of the tourist guide in cultural tourism, safety in tourist guiding, to name but a few, this handbook is an important tool for all tourist guides.
