If you’ve taken the train in Japan you might have noticed, that Japan runs on strict punctuality. To stay on schedule, the bus will wait a maximum of 5 minutes before departing. Please arrive early to ensure a stress-free start!
Unless we have contacted you individually, you will remain in the same group (Bus Number) with your Main Guide for the entire trip. Local guides will also join you along the way.
Daily Logistics:
You should have received a playing card along with your name badge today. Please keep it handy, as you can exchange it for your Whisper guide system tomorrow morning. You will be responsible for this device throughout the Pre-Programme, so we kindly ask that you take good care of it! Your guide will provide a brief tutorial on how to use it when you meet.
Also, do not forget your name badge tomorrow if you received it today!
