Dear Participants of the Post Tour 🇯🇵✨

I am very aware that we have been travelling together for nearly two weeks now during the conference, and it is only natural that a certain sense of “cabin fever” may begin to set in.

May I gently remind us all that our guides are truly giving their very best — as is the organising team behind the scenes. Not everything may always be at the exact standard we are accustomed to at home, and yet an immense effort is being made to ensure a meaningful and enriching experience for everyone.

I would kindly ask that we focus on enjoying our time here in Japan 🌸 rather than allowing small inconveniences to grow into ongoing frustrations. Continuous complaints are not only unfair to our guides and our hosts, but also to fellow participants who may not share the same perception and who simply wish to savour these final days together.

Let us embrace the spirit of collegiality, cultural respect, and shared discovery that has defined this beautiful congress. 🌏🤝
