Your personal digital Business Card
For the WFTGA Convention 2026 in Japan, we are pleased to offer all registered participants a free digital WFTGA Business Card. In Japan, exchanging business cards is a valued tradition — and with our Convention theme centred on sustainability, we are embracing a modern, paper-free alternative.
Each participant can create a personal Apple Wallet or Google Wallet card featuring their professional details. The card includes a QR code that other participants can scan to instantly create and save your full contact profile on their smartphone.

Please note: This service is available exclusively to Convention participants. Your card will remain stored on your phone until 1 March. If the service proves popular, we plan to continue offering it afterwards as an ongoing option, with a small service fee, as the WFTGA covers costs for providing this platform.
Digital Business Card Form
The WFTGA cultour card is available as a free personalised digital version for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
You may also order a personalised plastic card, valid until 31 January 2028, for a fixed fee of €15.
This card is exclusively available to tourist guides who are members of a WFTGA member association or registered as individual WFTGA members.
While some tourism and hospitality partners may offer discounts or access upon presentation of this card, WFTGA cannot guarantee specific benefits and recommends checking conditions with each provider individually.
