Step 2: Post & Tag

Upload your content to your personal Instagram or Facebook, or post directly to the WFTGA Convention 2026 Facebook Group.

  • Regional Hashtags: Please include the #location (e.g., #Fukuoka, #Kumamoto) to help our judges identify your entry.

To ensure your entry is eligible for the prizes, please follow these guidelines:

  • Submission Period: February 1 – February 28, 2026.
  • Format: Photos, videos or Reels (videos and reels must be 30 seconds or less)
  • Location: Content must be captured within the West Golden Route (areas west of Osaka, including Kyushu). Click here for a map of eligible regions.
  • Judging Criteria: Our panel is looking for creativity, a unique perspective, and a post that truly communicates the charm and hospitality of Western Japan.
  • Privacy & Portrait Rights: To respect Japanese privacy laws, please do not include identifiable images of strangers (adults or children) without their explicit permission. If your entry features a clear subject, you must be able to provide evidence of their consent for the image to be taken and used on social media.
