Dive into Japanese cuisine by learning to make “Temaki Zushi” (hand-wrapped sushi rolls).

This class offers an interactive and relaxed approach to sushi making, teaching you how to assemble beautiful, personalized rolls—a healthy and simple dish perfect for replicating as a home party menu.

The class is fully accommodating to various dietary needs, including vegetarian and vegan options.

The cooking session itself will be 90 minutes. 

  • Meeting Point: FICC 1st Floor Lobby (Ground Floor)

  • Meeting Time: 12:50 PM

  • Transport: A chartered bus will take the group to Airefu no Kitchen.

  • Return: The class concludes at 15:30, followed by a chartered bus back to the FICC.
