The BVGD invites all members and interested parties to the 8th German Tour Guide Conference in the historic city of Quedlinburg!
In the Middle Ages, Quedlinburg was a center of female power, home to several influential women such as Mathilde, Adelheid, and Theophanu. Therefore, this conference is held under a theme that perfectly suits the location:
“WOMEN, POWER, AND ART.”
On the evening of Thursday, March 13, 2025, the focus will be on reconnecting or getting to know each other at the Get-together at Brauhaus Lüdde.
For the German Tour Guide Conference on Friday, March 14, 2025, we have secured a prestigious venue at the Kaiserhof in the center of Quedlinburg. The Hotel Schlossmühle will provide a fantastic setting for the Friday evening celebration.
Following the German Tour Guide Conference, the BVGD annual general meeting will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2025, also at the Kaiserhof. All BVGD members are warmly invited to attend.
Prior to the German Tour Guide Conference, two BVGD compact seminars, “Speech Training” and “Nonverbal Communication”, will be held according to DIN-EN standards at the WYNDHAM GARDEN, Quedlinburg Stadtschloss, located at Bockstraße 6/Klink 11, 06484 Quedlinburg. You can register for these seminars via the BVGD website under Academy Dates in our booking portal.
It is best to reserve the period from Thursday, March 13, 2025, to Sunday, March 16, 2025!
All hotels and event venues are centrally located within walking distance. A limited number of hotel rooms are available through the Quedlinburg Tourism Marketing booking portal until January 15, 2025. Please book via the following link: Quedlinburg Info/BVGD 2025.
