We are delighted to have you here. To help you get settled, we will have Welcome Desks available at the following locations from February 4th to 8th:

• Fukuoka Airport – International Terminal

• Fukuoka Airport – Domestic Terminal

• JR Hakata Station – For those arriving by Shinkansen

Please note that while we do not provide a shuttle service from these locations to the convention hotels, our staff will be on-site to provide directions and assistance to ensure you arrive safely at your destination.

This day is designed for you to relax and enjoy a restful night’s sleep before our adventure officially begins.
