Whether you’re joining us in Fukuoka or participating virtually, this Convention brings together our global community of professional tourist guides. To everyone who registered – including those who may have needed to cancel at short notice or found themselves unable to travel to Japan – you remain an essential part of this gathering.
The WFTGA Convention 2026 has just begun with our Pre-Programme tours currently underway in Fukuoka, and virtual participation commences on Monday, 9 February. Your personalised participant area is now live with all the links you need – whether you’re attending in person and want to catch sessions you might miss, or joining us entirely virtually from wherever you are in the world.
Once you’ve logged in to your participant area, you’ll find all relevant links for virtual participation directly on the Virtual Participants page. Each link is assigned to the corresponding day and session and can be accessed via the session pop-up window.

Can’t join live? Don’t worry – recordings will be available after the Convention, so you can catch up on any sessions you’ve missed.
