We are so excited to officially begin our Convention week at the FICC. Get ready for a day filled with Japanese culture, inspiring speakers, and a first look at our future host candidates.
Logistics & Getting There
- ⏰ Start Time: 09:00 AM sharp
- 📍 Location: FICC
- 🚌 Shuttle Bus: Runs from 07:30–09:00 AM (and again after the evening reception) between Hotel Okura and the FICC
- 🚶 Recommendation: Since we only have one shuttle bus, we highly recommend the 20-minute walk if you’re able. It’s a great way to wake up and see the city!
- 🌍 Live Translation: Live AI translation will be available. Please bring fully charged phones and headphones. You can already download the app at https://livevoice.io and try the Event Code: 524 681
- 💻 Online Participation: If you cannot attend in person, you can join us online via Zoom.

- ⚠️ Important: Please do not forget your name badge – you will need it for entry.
