How to Book

CPD sessions are offered to the WFTGA membership — guides belonging to a WFTGA member association, and individual members. Certified courses such as HOT and Site Guide Training are open more widely; the entry requirements for each course are stated on the course page. ITtT is restricted to WFTGA National Trainers.

Card and PayPal are accepted at checkout. For association or institutional bookings we can issue an invoice for bank transfer — write to training@wftga.org before booking.

Yes. Where a course has different rates for guides of WFTGA member associations, for members of the Training Division, and for non-members, you will see the options at checkout.

Where a course is sold out you can join the waiting list. If a place frees up, waiting-list entries are contacted in order.

Cancellation terms differ between one-hour CPD sessions and multi-day certified courses; the conditions that apply are shown on each session. In general, cancellations well in advance of the start date are refunded, and later cancellations are transferable to another date.

Yes — your invoice is available in your account under My Account, and is also attached to your order confirmation.

Every session issues a WFTGA certificate. For CPD sessions this is a Certificate of Attendance listing content and duration. For certified courses with assessment, you receive either a Certificate of Successful Completion or a Certificate of Attendance depending on your results. All certificates can be verified online.
