Getting to Fukuoka
Fukuoka Airport (FUK) is the primary gateway to the city, offering both domestic and international flights. It’s conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from the city centre and the Fukuoka International Congress Center (FICC), our convention venue.

Transportation to the City
Upon arrival at Fukuoka Airport, you can reach the city centre via:
Subway: The Fukuoka City Subway connects the airport to various parts of the city. The Kuko Line runs directly from the airport to Nakasu-Kawabata Station, which is adjacent to the FICC and several official hotels.
Taxi: Taxis are readily available and offer a convenient, though more expensive, option.
Shuttle Service: We will provide a dedicated shuttle service between Hotel Okura Fukuoka and the Fukuoka International Congress Center during the mornings and evenings throughout Convention Week.
Extra Nights
You can book up to three additional nights (February 5-7) before the Convention, or choose an extra night in Fukuoka after it concludes, allowing you to explore the city at your own pace.
These booking options are available within our official registration system under the “Extra Night on” sections. Once you select your desired extra night, you’ll see an overview of available hotels and room types. For your convenience, we recommend booking the same hotel you’ve chosen for the main convention.
If you participate in the Pre or Post Programme, there’s no need to book any extra nights, as accommodation is already included. Simply chose a hotel from the “Hotel List” and you’re good to go.
