WFTGA Convention 2026 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the Convention package, Convention, Pre-Program, and/or Post-Program

made before December 11^th: 10% of the fees

made between 11th of December and 9th of January 2026: 50% of the fees

made on or after 10th of January 2026: 100% of the fees

Cancellation of Virtual attendance

made before 6^th of February 2026: 10% of the fee

made on or after 6^th of February 2026: 100% of the fee

Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to the registration office.

The dates mentioned above are based on Japanese Time. Please note that Japanese Time is 9 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time. All refunds will be processed and returned within 30 days following the completion of the Convention.
