Training-Division Meeting
As part of the Main Convention, you are invited to participate in the Training Division Meeting. This exclusive session is an opportunity to:
Discuss the latest developments in WFTGA training methodologies.
- Share best practices and innovative training strategies.
- Engage with fellow trainers on curriculum development and digital training tools.
- Contribute to discussions about the future of global guide training and sustainable tourism development.
To participate as a Trainer, the following requirements must be fulfilled:
- Your WFTGA Membership Fees for 2026 must be fully paid.
- Registration for the Trainer Package, which grants you access to exclusive trainer events and the Main Convention.

Convention Venue
All training devision meeting will take place on the 5th floor of the Fukuoka Convention Centre, in Room 504.
Refreshments will be available in the foyer on the same floor.
💻 Online Streaming of the Training Division Meeting
We understand that not all Trainers may be able to travel to Japan. Therefore, the Training Division Meeting will be live-streamed online.
- This online access is free of charge for registered Trainers.
- You do not need to purchase the Virtual Participant Package to join this session.
- Registration for online participation will open in January 2026 and is handled separately from your main convention registration.
- All registered online participating Trainers will receive secure login details and a digital information pack.
