Description: The workshop is intended to point out the differences in the facilitator’s approach in the context of other roles, such as that of a trainer. The aim is to deepen the understanding of facilitation. A second aim is to reflect on the application of facilitation in the work of a guide trainer.

Background: The workshop was partly delivered during the WFTGA International Train the Trainer (ITtT) Course in Nov 2024. It therefore serves as a debrief of lessons learnt and will go a long way to empower WFTGA Trainers to deliver the ITtT Course in future.
