Members’ Monday
We are restarting this popular social media event on Instagram and facebook. Every Monday one Association Member will be highlighted. For this, we need material from you! Keeping it short and simple will help. It should boost impact and hits. You can share the WFTGA post featuring your association – a two-way street.
We want to promote happy tourist guides and happy associations!
- Include a minimum of 3 photos and a maximum of 10, all in the same size and format (either landscape or portrait, not mixed). Please make sure they are not blurry and that they’re in high resolution. The reason for the same format images is to prevent awkward cropping, especially on Instagram. Instead of photos, you can also provide a 1 minute video (in portrait format for easy use in reels and stories).
- Provide a short caption/message, in English, you would like to share and indicate your association name (caption no more than 200 words).
- Please list all your social media account handles as well as your website address.
- Include tags you want to be featured in the post. The WFTGA Members’ Monday post will feature and tag you, but if you want additional tags like country-related or association tags, please provide the details.
- List the most relevant top 3 hashtags you want to be featured in the post.
Photos
- Most iconic sight you cover
- Another sight that is a hidden gem or a favourite of your members
- Photo of members. This can be a group photo or a social event or something that sums up your association; small naming of the photos

We would like to try something new. Please share a picture or three that you like … of what????
