With the sponsorship support of Almaty Tourism Department, WFTGA delivered 2 HOT (Hands on Tourist Guiding) courses in Almaty, with the 3rd one to follow. The team of Lead International Trainers, including Gennadiy Chudnovets, Jean Wang and Ivana Ćuruvija, was working with the support of WFTGA National Trainers Zhanar Gabit to organise and deliver a successful training for the participants. The training was delivered in English, Russian and Mandarin language with the idea to raise the quality of tourist guides’ services in the city of Almaty.
