Online meetings with Zoom work very well and are very easy to use. This short tutorial shows you how to join a WFTGA meeting.
How to join a meeting
Prerequisites
It works on any computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. On desktop computers you may need an external webcam and speakers; laptops, tablets and smartphones already have them built in.
Download the Zoom app
At the beginning there were some security concerns and criticism in the media; these have long since been resolved. We use Zoom with full encryption and password protection, so our conversations remain confidential. Free download
Test it
You are welcome to check in advance whether your camera and microphone are working. Test meeting
Join the meeting
You will find the access links in our emails or under Events. Click the button or link, your browser passes it to the Zoom app, and you are connected straight away.
