The WFTGA cultour card is available as a free personalised digital version for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

You may also order a personalised plastic card, valid until 31 January 2028, for a fixed fee of €15.

This card is exclusively available to tourist guides who are members of a WFTGA member association or registered as individual WFTGA members.

While some tourism and hospitality partners may offer discounts or access upon presentation of this card, WFTGA cannot guarantee specific benefits and recommends checking conditions with each provider individually.

1. Eligibility
The cultour card is available only to qualified tourist guides who are members of a WFTGA member association or registered as individual members of WFTGA.
2. Card Types and Validity
• The digital card is free of charge and valid until 31 January 2026.
• The plastic card costs €15 and is valid until 31 January 2028.
3. Personalisation
Cards are issued with the name and association provided in the form. The applicant is responsible for the accuracy of this information.
4. Usage
The card must be presented together with your official tourist guide identification. It is non-transferable and intended solely for professional use.
5. Delivery
Digital cards are sent via email. Plastic cards are posted within three weeks after payment confirmation. WFTGA is not liable for postal delays outside its control.
6. Benefits Disclaimer
While some partners may offer discounts or recognition to cultour card holders, WFTGA makes no guarantees regarding access, discounts, or benefits.
7. Refunds and Amendments
As cards are custom-produced, refunds are not possible once production has begun. Please ensure all details are correct before submission.
8. Revocation
WFTGA reserves the right to cancel a card in case of misuse, misrepresentation, or breach of the WFTGA Code of Guiding Practice.
