The tour officially concludes at Hakata Station where you’ll arrive on the Shinkansen and be shown to the Subway. From there it’s just a few stops to the neighborhood of the official Convention hotels.
Please retrieve your luggage from the hotel reception (where it was stored on the 6th) and proceed to check into your accommodation for the Main Convention (Feb 8–13).
