For the Post-Programme, please prepare a small day bag or carry-on.
On the morning of the Closing Ceremony, bring all your luggage to the FICC (Convention venue).
While you are attending the ceremony, we will coordinate the transfer of your large suitcases via truck to Nagasaki.
You will be to pick up your luggage upon arrival at your hotel.
