Check-in
If you arrived on the 5th take public transport or a taxi to your hotel and check-in for the night. Please don’t forget to do the in-person sign-in and pick up your name badge for the Convention.
Way to Your Hotel & Luggage
The tour concludes at Hotel Okura Fukuoka where you will be brought by coach.. Please retrieve your luggage from the hotel reception (where it was stored on the 6th) and proceed to check into your accommodation for the Main Convention (Feb 8–13).
Check-out & Luggage
Please remember to check out of your room before departing the hotel in the morning. To make your travels more comfortable, we encourage you to pack a smaller hand-luggage bag for the Pre-Programme.
